A Note From The Editor + 10 Ideas

Dear Friends,

Autumn seems to be the perfect season for the introverts of the world. Everything seems to move in slow motion, and sitting back in a state of deep observation is more likely to be forgiven this time of year. If you don't feel like speaking, don't speak. If you don't feel like expending much energy on social obligations with people you hardly know, just don't do it.

Letting time slip away at a cafe, watching the people go by, is just as important an exercise as accepting an invitation to a night out. You need both in your life. Who knows? You may discover that at the end of the day people are people, no matter what time or place you may find them in.

Those people who are precious to you, treat with great care and thought. Spend your time with them slowly, and take stock of what really matters in your life. The allure of Autumn happens to be the perfect excuse to do so. This is why I've decided to leave you with a little parting gift at the end of this letter—10 unique Autumn activities to do with the people who matter the most to you. This is the stuff of life.

Love,
